Elevator, king bed, beach tags and parking

Second time staying here so we knew we would have a wonderful time. Great location, clean and spacious with very comfortable furniture. We slept well and enjoyed having so much room to spread out. Thanks for another great trip!

The property was very nice. Plenty of room to sleep. Kitchen was equipped with what we needed. We weren’t far from the boardwalk. I didn’t like the fact that our host didn’t respond when we had an issue with the keypad to get into the elevator. I’m very annoyed. We also realized the two beds in the back bedroom and full size….not queens. That’s false advertising. Glad I didn’t have to put two people in those beds. I also think the 2nd car parking was a bit further away than I thought. The bedroom with the two twin beds did not have a closet we could use. It only had one dresser for two of us. Not really enough room for our clothes. The closet said it was for the owner.

Jeff was incredibly responsive and flexible when extenuating circumstances beyond anyone’s control came up. I am so appreciative of his willingness to work with us, answer any questions we had, and address our concerns. The house is well laid out, comfortable, and in a great location.

Place was amazing. Extremely close proximity to the beach and to the main street with all the shops - like smack in the middle. Extremely clean. Very spacious. 8 of us (2 families - 4 adults - 4 boys). Each family took their own full bathroom. Host was extremely responsive. There was a deck with nice outside seating area and a place for beach stuff (and they had also their own beach chairs). Very roomy in kitchen, dining, and living room area. 2 parking spots - 1 right there. Host had parking permit for 2nd vehicle down the street. No need for car or driving with everything in walking distance. Came with 10 beach tags. We used the stairs - but there is an elevator. Probably been to Ocean City 7 or 8 times and stayed at a ton of nice places - but this has to be the best place that I’ve stayed at. Definitely bookmarking this to stay again.

We had a great trip at this spacious condo in OCNJ! The place was very clean and looked just as described. It was a 5 min walk to beach/boardwalk. We had a wonderful time!
